Kyle was excellent. Very communicative and welcoming. Unfortunately a service was suggested for my vehicle that was not correct, nor could it be done nor is it suggested by ram (2019 and prior recommended at 67500). My 2022 ram 3500 does not require an egr cleaning, estimated at $1600 for the service. This in my eyes is a way of scamming customers, and I was saddened that it was proposed. I'm not sure if techs have been improperly trained, or if they have been trained to offer inappropriate services. Either way, it is costing people unneeded services and costs that are otherwise not informed. I hope this is simply a mistake or oversight, but I do not have confidence in the dealership to provide the services required for my vehicle.
