Jacob was very kind he kept me in the loop of everything going on with my truck. I took it to stadium Nissan in orange and they didn’t even want to touch my truck and said my warranty was void. Which it certainly was not by a factory lift and tires. He got the job done quickly and made the experience less stressful than it was.

I spoke with Christopher about the issue of the splash guard falling down after a previous oil changes specifically telling him about the Mechanics previous replacements of the factory’s clips with 2 screws on the drivers side that were fastened into plastic shims to hold the guard in place. The splash guard fell down again less than 24 hours after the oil change. Luckily I had a small bungee cord to temporarily hold the guard in place. The two screws are gone, the clips are still in place but couldn't hold the guard in place without the other two holding up their end. Last oil change I ended up having to buy the clips to replace the ones lost on the passenger side. I want to be able to bring my MKC in for an oil change and not have to deal with this splash guard problem. Roger A

Jason is a good service manager. He takes time to explain work being done on my truck. Very much appreciated.

Had a 1 pm oil change appt. dropped car at 12:45 and told Jason that I would be waiting for the car, as I told the person I set the appt up with. At approximately 2:45 I walked around outside and saw our car sitting outside in the back. I asked Jason when my car would be done and he said he’d check. About 5 min later he came back and said they are just about done with it. I then saw our car being driven into the shop. I said they forgot about me didn’t they? No response. When the car was done, about 30 min later, I asked him if they checked the auto shutoff battery (that he recommended because the auto off was not working). They did not check it. He gave me the keys, I signed the paper and nothing else was said. When I went outside to get my car it was blocked in. I asked two people if they could assist in moving cars so I can get out and they said hang on and never came back. I went into the service directors office, I saw he was on a call but didn’t really care at this point, I asked him to get someone to move cars so I could leave and he said hang on. Meanwhile Jason was watching a tow truck unload a car and not even caring that I was stuck. Two porters (I’m assuming) walked by and they were they only ones that bothered to assist. I wish I knew their names as they are the only ones that deserve any type of thank you. Another gentleman that was there dropped his car off at 10:30 am for an oil change and at 3:30 it still was not done. Pathetic that Airpark feels it’s OK to just treat customers like this. I guess I’ve already bought the car so no need to put the customer first anymore.

Okay.Jason is one of the best complete service person that I know.The rest of your service department needs a whole lot of training in knowledge,manners,dress,and overall vehicle knowledge.Very disappointing. If it wasen’t for Jason, I would be mad,upset,and overall,one pissed person, who has bought 6 or 7 vehicles from your dealership.Thank you .John Giansanti.
