The service took to long for a simple oil change. Had an appointment at 4:40 pm and I arrived early 4:20 and left at 6:15 pm. I was pleased with the discount I received but not please with the waiting time.

My appointment was at 7:00am I arrived at 6:50am and the staff didn’t get released from a speech until 7:30am. The service lot area filled up with customers patiently awaiting what appeared to be a service department manager’s speech to his staff to finish. I’m sure the service manager had important things to cover with his staff but that shouldn’t be at the cost of the customers time who arrived on time to their service appointment.
