Derik himself did a fantastic job however the overall customer service at Airpark jeep has definitely gone downhill Over the last six months.
I left three messages for service and no one ever called me back, I actually had to stop by and go into the service managers office to ask for an appointment. In my opinion that is unacceptable.
Again called the service line 3 times left three messages never heard anything back and I purchased the jeep at your facility.

The whole service was great until the runner porter or whatever the person who gets our cars decided to not grab my car and I sat waiting for it to come.
