This email was supposed to be a survey on the service I received on my Jeep Cherokee. Instead I find it is not the survey, but something else. This is not the first time this has happened. It is a form of bait and switch, and is eroding the positive opinion I have of the local dealership. I have found that several of the communications received are not actually coming from the local dealership, but from the national corporation. I will look for the survey in the next few days regarding the service I received and will only answer question regarding that service and the personnel involved.
