The appointment was made after receiving a call that a recall part was in and needed to be put on. Just a few days prior, my husband had already taken the vehicle down fir the recall part and he was told everything was fixed. Then I get a call a part was in. An appt was made for 7-13-2021 and found out no part was needed. It’s was frustrating being my husband and I had to live our schedules around for an appt that was not needed.

First Adrian the girl that was helping me when I first brought my car in was wonderful she was very polite and very courteous and very professional the service there was very fast I received my car back within weeks however when I receive my car it was completely dirty there was oil all over the door handle as I got in and on my steering wheel I had to take my car to have a detailed because of the oil that was left on my interior car I will be also be taking the car back today because when I turn it off it shakes and it doesn't feel like it's running right at all who feels like it's running very rough
