The people are very nice. Adrienne is the best! She is professional and very interested in making the appointment a great experience. I did not tell her about the issue I had because not her fault and she can’t control it. Management should consider if making appointments for service that things run more timely. If my appointment is at 2:30 and my vehicle isn’t retrieved until 3:30 a.m. to begin service. That is frustrating. Customers in waiting room were talking about how long they had been waiting. I know life happens and things come up but appeared to be the case more often then not.
