I misplaced my wallet after I dropped off my Genesis for service at the dealership. Immensely panicked and worried about the possible identity theft. I called the banks, credit card companies to report lost wallet. I called the Lyft driver whom had recently dropped me off and the car dealership receptionist in hoping they would find my wallet in my car seat or in the Lyft's seat. No luck. Then David Clark called and informed me that my car was ready for pick up. I told him about my misplaced wallet. David offered to look in my car again for the wallet. After 10 agonizing minutes of prayers and hope, David came on the phone and said "I found your wallet!" Tremendously grateful, I told David "THANK YOU". David was pleasant, as always, gave me a big relief smile that represents SERVICE! He understood how I felt since he had lost his wallet in the past. More than words can say, I am truly grateful to have had David as my service advisor again on that day at Bakersfield Hyundai. God bless.

When I picked up my vehicle and drove off it was acting worse than before. When I arrived at my destination and opened the hood. I discovered the engine cover was not secured and was rattling under the hood. I also found a loose connector on one of the ignition coils. Found two bolts loose on two other ignition coils. One of those two was so loose it was able to spin almost a quarter turn. I did not feel safe driving the vehicle after this discovery as I do not know what else could have been left poorly attended.
