I was very happy with the service done on my recall and the time frame in which it was done. However, when I went to pick the car up, I was told that my battery needed to be replaced because the cranking amps were in the hundreds and should be 700. The battery had been replaced a couple years ago by auto club so I told the service rep that I would contact them. When I called them out, they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery, alternator, or starter. So glad I didn’t purchase a battery that I didn’t need. Disappointed.
