Made appt about two weeks ago. Drive 1 1/2 hours to the appointed time to get-“We don’t have the part in stock”. Standard practice is to make appt without checking if part is in stock. What a way to lose a customer. We bought the car there and have always gone to your store for service. What happened?

The service appt was a complete waste of time. 2 hours for the one service technician to tell us that they couldn’t find any issues with the key fob not connecting to the vehicle. Originally went in for oil change and tire rotation (had an appt) come to find out when we get there the vehicle wasn’t at the correct mileage for the service. (So we wasted our weekend for nothing) why couldn’t the rep over the phone tell us this? Why was only one technician working on a weekend? The service representative were very unorganized and needed help. The whole service dept needs some help, to have the process run smoother and get customers out quicker. We do not look forward to visiting the service dept at Bakersfield Hyundai, it really needs some better organizing and more employees to get customers fixed up and out of there quicker. Isn’t it about customer service?!
