Joey Cortez service was great! I was very happy with that but when it came to the service on my car I was unhappy. I received my car back and right of the back my car was dirty from the outside, even though they said it was washed. That didn’t really bother me as much as my car still not working properly and having to take it back again the next day and wait another 4 hours. Time is valuable to you as a business and to me as a customer. I feel like there has to be a second person to inspect the vehicle before giving it back to its owner. To me, it was as if the mechanic did whatever just to get it out of the shop. That was very very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car from you guys.
