I am pleased that you could take me in on emergency basis because I had to call AAA twice for what I thought was starter button problems.i was surprised that U found mice footprints under the hood. A long scratch across 2doors upset me. I'm sure they were not there prior to service. I'm not happy that after 2 hours of time the bulbs could not be changed behind the vizor and by the mirror. Nor am I satisfied that there is no way to correct a faulty gas gauge reading every time it gets low. It just drops from 3 lines level to empty. Is this a manufacturing defect kept secret? It's been like this for at least a year. I will not want to purchase my #4 Hyundai. Now I need to make a special trip for light bulbs!

Thank you for honoring the warranty! I was glad the warranty went into effect. I went in with my 2013 Hyundai sonata for the engine to be replaced, thank you for that. However, the vehicle came back to me with my radiator damaged, cracked from a corner. My vehicle was not damaged from the radiator when I took it in Bakersfield Hyundai dealership. I did some research on how the engine is removed and how in that process the radiator is removed from the vehicle as well. I believed my radiator was damaged at Bakersfield Hyundai dealership and I would like you to fix those parts that where damage. Thank you!

The girl I scheduled with apparently forgot to save my appointment, then the fob that was needed has to be ordered despite the sales department knowing I needed a key w/fob replacement since I purchased my car almost a month ago. So no we have to take another day off of work since I keep getting told no appointments on Saturdays, just to bring my car back again.
