David Clark did a great job providing warranty repairs to my car. Unfortunately the repairs which were preformed did not solve my problem. Also, when I looked under the hood, several fasteners were not re-installed. I plan on returning on Monday to speak to the Service Manager.

Suggestions: perhaps you could designate one lane for appointments only; or perhaps you could use a number system; or perhaps have a chart with appointments listed on it and ask those people if they have been helped yet
