My initial appt I was told that one of the repairs was not covered under my warranty. I was told that they called the warranty company and were told that it wasn’t covered. I then called to ask the warranty company and they told me Hyundai never called them to ask about the coverage and that it was covered. I called Hyundai back to tell them this and they told me they apparently didn’t have my correct warranty. I took the car back in and was told the inspector would be there to verify the issue and it would be done on 2-3 hrs. I contacted them in the afternoon to ask the status of my car and they told me that the inspector wasn’t there yet and that he wouldn’t be there for another 24-48 hrs. Why I wasn’t told this initially I have no idea. I was then told they don’t know why the inspector told them it would be a 24-48 hour window, when in fact later on someone else told me that that is how it always is and he apologized to me about it. I was very disappointed in the service I received, I don’t think anyone really listened to my issues as I had to repeat myself over and over again and had to investigate myself about my warranty coverage. Also, I was told I could get a rental car to use but I had to pay for my own gas. The only way I would ever use this dealership again was if I have a something that was covered by my warranty, otherwise I won’t go back. The dealership is highly unprofessional.

After picking up my car and putting out $500 and waiting more than a half a day for the service, the mechanics that worked on my car wiped the hood of my car down with no doubt dirty rags because it completely scratched the entire clear coat of my hood and after talking to David there at the dealer, he said to bring my vehicle back in a week and he would have the shop polish it out. It shouldn't of happened in the first place and waiting a week is unexceptable. The clear coat is scratched and it looks bad. I'm not sure polishing it will permenantly remove the scratches. I'm not happy about my first visit to this dealership.
