Josh has always been awesome with us I really appreciate all that he does who definitely deserves a raise and he should be the department manager he has a great personality and is always courteous to the customers

The service advisor is rude,unprofessional. Your prices went up by $10. The carwash was terrible. I asked about my headlights being checked be they are not in a safe position for visibility. I was told if we have time and it would be an extra charge. If it wasn't mandatory to have you do all my oil changes I wouldn't come

As soon as we got there no one asked if we needed help we just stood there while the workers just sat there talking to each other and not acknowledging me so I had to ask another associate what to do when he walked in so when i parked my car on the side I came in again and all associates just sat there with there head down on the phone until I asked a goy that was at his desk and he helped me.
