There is confusion as to what’s covered by warranty and what isn’t. There is no knowledge of what warranty we paid a lot of money for, even though we bought it at your facility.
This whole idea that car I keep in the garage is going to have rodent problems, eating my electrical wires, sounds like an excuse for disallowing warranty coverage.
You don’t open early enough to use your shuttle to work, but if I drop off my car the night before, it would be nice to be able to schedule a pick up from work to get my car.
The person who explained what was done did a good job of summarizing the effort.
