Josh was very professional and helpful, but unfortunately KIA does not know how to fix the problem.
This is very frustrating, and could turn into a lemon law case.

We live in Banning, about a 25-35 minute drive depending on time of day, and even though the Palm Desert location would be a easier drive, will still make drive to San Bernardino !!

I was satisfied with my service but not with how long it took me to connect with someone to get at appointment.i called, emailed and texted trying to get an appt. I also do not like that I have to have two appointments for service. One for regular service and one for special problems.
