I am quite happy that everything was thoroughly fixed and I hope it doesn’t happen again. Aden was kind and helpful.
I asked if I could get an oil change and tire rotation while the car was there. He said it was done but it clearly was not. I can tell by looking and it was not documented. If he lied about this what else is a lie?
