The only criticism that I have relates to your internal communication. I was called by someone from the dealership inviting me to make an appointment for a discounted oil change. I was quoted a price for a synthetic oil change. When I arrived for the service the discount was not noted in the computer. I told the service advisor Daniel who gladly gave me the discount. The rest of the service was excellent.
