Tomas was so courteous and professional. He is always very helpful. What I noticed this time was how excellent everyone who helps me from the time I arrive until the time I return to pick up my car. The persons at the rental car section are outstanding with one in particular who always remembers me and greets me so warmly. I wish I remembered her name. She is a beautiful person.
