During the my appointment the car’s battery was inspected and in the report it was marked as an in good condition. I personally detected the serious damage (leakage) after car was returned to me after the service. After my finding the bat was replaced. I would expected that the issue with battery was detected and reported by Lexus technician but not by myself.

Repair of the car took 4 days longer than expected. It was a known problem but somehow no one realized what a big job it would be. I was told each day for 4 days that it would be ready the next day. When I finally picked it up the heads up display and rims were fixed but the security bolts had been replaced with regular bolts. When I pointed this out I was given a set of security bolts. They offered to put them on but I opted to take them home and do it myself.

They did not have time to complete the upgrade despite the fact that we started with a morning appointment. This was clearly communicated by Alma who said it would get done first thing in the morning. The next day I didn't hear from anyone. When I called back I was told Alma was out sick. It appears our car was forgotten until I called because the woman told me they could start the upgrade right away (at 2:30) in the afternoon so it would be ready right as rush hour started. I picked it up after hours and found that there was a black circle in my heads up display, and 3 tires were missing the special security bolt. Whoever had removed them tore apart the coating on the rims on 2 tires. One of the bolts was iny cup holder. Clearly no one had done a final quality control check before returning my car. Since it was after hours I had to call in the next day.
