After receiving a text from Gordon that the car was ready for pick up, I called and asked for a shuttle. I was told that the cashier would be able to help me. I was then transferred to the cashier, who did not answer. I left a message with the appropriate information. I repeated the same process twice and on the 3 call I informed the service person of my issue. I did not hear back. It was difficult to get the cashier and a ride back.
