I was not shown my brake pads before they replaced them. Only shown pictures afterwards. I have no idea if they are pictures of my brakes or not. I also called George this morning at 8:30am and left a message to not do any work on my vehicle and to call me right away. I never heard back. I had to speak to my salesman on his day off! I finally received a voicemail at 11:30 simply stating that my vehicle was done and I could come pick it up. Nothing more. No acknowledgement. Horrible customer service once again from Putnam Lexus.

Fred was excellent. My dissatisfaction was when I came to pick up my car. I drove in and someone came over to car and told me to go straight to the cashier. Well he called for my car and I was waiting for it for at least 15 minutes. I checked to be sure he did indeed call, and he said yes. After another 10 minutes the other person came and I told him yes I had been helped. After another 5 minutes he got up and went to find out what was going on and he brought back my paperwork. I think the perso at fault was the first person who told me to go straight to pay. I should have been told to see Fred.
