Arrived to pick up my car and two of the questions
/concerns/problems I wanted to fix were not fixed. There was nobody to provide information, since it was passed 5pm tErik was gone.
Another person helped, then that person called a Sales from the office and they still couldn’t help. He told me to press SOS in my car to get support.
I understand some services require more time, but would be great to provide information when you go pick up your car.
