Mario (and Peter) went above and beyond in tracing the problem with my air conditioner vents and kept me well informed about the progress. I am hopeful that it has been addressed and I am very satisfied with their service.

Checked I voice and saw I was charged for additional services that I wasn't aware of. $200 for an oil change?!
Also had a mechanic friend inspect the recommended break pads which were recommended to replace and the fronts still had plenty of pad, only rears seemed a little low. I was quoted $1,098.
I've come here before frequently and I understand pil changes are usually a little higher but the overall charge this time was a bit of a shock.

I came for my 30K major maintenance service today 7/9/22. I gave my car keys to Fred Young who initially took in my car today, then after my car maintenance service Mario Milleza came spoke with me to sign today's service report.
Later, I noticed windshield fluid was not filled today during car service, could your technician take care of this when I come to Putnam Lexus next time?
At end of today's 30k maintenance service while still at Putnam Lexus to pick up my car outside, I noticed a visible new 2 feet horizontal scratch across top of front hood of my car (lower 1/2 area), visible scratch is from midline across to driver's side. This hood scratch damage wasn't there before I dropped off my car for service today. Mario looked at this 2 feet hood scratch damage but unable resolve it. Supervisor Greg was called in and spoke with me and Mario. (This unexpected incident will require additional trips for my driving from San Jose to Redwood City and arrange my work time off to fix this.) Greg says he can't forgo today's service fee which I already paid, instead he can offer to send it to your contractor body shop to fix this hood scratch damage. I work as full time healthcare worker and as full time caregiver for parents, so this unexpected damage is an extra headache and inconvenience for me. Need to find an available time for schedule the appointment with your Superior Body Shop to repair this hood scratch damage and for Lexus Loaner vehicle during that interim.
I always come to your Putnam Lexus for all my car maintenance services, so after today's car major maintenance service 7/9/22, I was upset to see this unexpected incident 2 feet scratch damage across my car hood occurred while having my car serviced at Putnam Lexus. I would like this hood scratch damage be addressed and repaired. Thank you, Jane
