It has been 11 days, I still couldn’t get my car back. Even you complete the repair and get confirmation from my insurance company. Called and e-mailed every day, no firm schedule yet. Very very disappointed about your processing. Plus your company charge me $10.50/time for toll free on loan car, it’s so expensive and unexpected.
