The service provided by Christopher P salesky was outstanding no complaints about his performance but the service provided by the technician was poor because he didn't rotate my tires like he was instructed and when my vehicle was delivered I noticed it wasn't done. Although on the receipt said it was complete.. so chris took my vehicle back to the shop to get it done right.. I was there for about 3 hours.

Debbie is great. Getting a loaner is awesome! When 3 insurances are involved though and we are expected to get answers ASAP it’s diffucult. Then when we didn’t get answers ASAP felt like we were being punished to take vehicle back. But we were grateful for time we had it. You asked about our reliable experience.
