Jeff was great, I had no complaints specifically with him. I was not completely satisfied because when I picked up my car while it was below freezing and snowing I discovered that the window indexing had not been recalibrated and the windows would not go up all the way after shutting off the car. So the car had been sitting outside in those conditions with the window opened slightly before I picked it up and I thought it was an electrical issue until I made it home and consulted the owner's manual.
