I bought a 2018 AND 2019 Equinox from Reliable. I had to sit and wait 4 hours for an oil change last month which was rediculous. I bring my wife’s car in sat for oil and inspection and left it this time. Get a call, 4 hours later that it was done. Then when I go to pick it up I am told it needs brakes. It is getting difficult to use Reliable for myself let alone recommend you to anyone.
