Less wait time than expected was great! It was nice that I was offered a ride and refreshments while waiting. Only thing wrong with the visit was that I came home 1 valve cap short!

I was ripped off! He actually made the car worse! I knew a thermostat wouldn't cure an air flow problem. He just didn't fix it to charge me the exorbitant diagnostic fee! He obviously didn't drive the car, or would know it's bucking worse at stops. That would have made the service free. You people should be ashamed.

I had purchase a 2016 Malibu. The sales rep gave me one key. I did not plan on keeping the car that long so it was not a big deal at that time. But recently my one key got damaged. I had call Chevrolet warranty they refered me to your service center. I talk to Austin. He was able to help me.
