I went in for an oil change. They did not shut my hood completely when I took off for work the next day I had to slam on my brakes and pulled over on the highway so my hood wouldn’t fly up into my windshield.

Rufus call me to tell me something else needs to be done besides having new tires put on , I could tell by his voice he was concern on the added price with the tires. I told him to have it done. It was the differential oil change and explained why. Jos'e is so wonderful makes me feel my Dodge is welcome there. Really good people there

The service by Austin was great. Very up front with me and understanding about my.unawareness of how the bumper to bumper warranty didn’t get covered in my warranty on a car I purchased in late May only three months ago. It seems strange that a car you purchase isn’t in alignment when purchased and could have possibly caused an accident before my service. But, be that as it was, $102 later, I still had the highest regard for how Austin handled my appointment and my complaint. This is the third vehicle I have purchased with Reliable and had been happy with all of it. This really disappoints me on a truck I purchased only a few months ago.
