It took over 24 hours just to get my oil changed and a recall done. And when I went to the service center to see if it was done and it was parked outside and they were not even working on it. On top of all of that they left my truck parked outside overnight and it rained and got it all dirty and didn’t even bother to spray it off. So after I did finally got my keys back, then I had to take it to the car wash to clean it.

My text message said they were going to wash my truck and I asked them to when I dropped it off but and they didn’t wash it. They changed two filters and charged me for them without asking for my approval prior. I drive an hour each way to come to this dealership because I usually get good service but this time I am very disappointed and am seriously considering finding another place to service my truck.
