John was awesome. Not only was he great at communicating the issues with my car, but he got me set up with a rental and even figured out a way to handle an expensive repair. He is the best rep I've ever had at Larry H Miller.

John was very helpful and patient and made sure the price I paid for service was fair when I came in for a dead battery, needing my transmission serviced at 50,000 miles, and state emissions done for registration. He was also polite and didn’t talk down to me. Unfortunately I have experienced this as a woman several times while visiting dealerships. I feel like he went above and beyond in doing his job. Tom provides excellent service. Here is my complaint about this service. I was quoted $250 to replace the rear brakes. 150 labor and 100 parts, taxes and shop fee. I received a coupon from LHM in the mail for rear brakes for $99. I brought in the coupon and was told these were a higher quality brake that were installed, which i am fine with; however, there was no attempt to give a better price. If you can install cheaper brake pads for labor and parts for $99, why would a returning customer, that brings 4 cars for all service, pay $150 for the install alone. I ended up using a costco coupon for 15% off however, i was disappointed in the service received this time. Overall, I am still happy with Tom and the service he continually provides.
