Jan is an excellent customer service woman. I appreciate her and her kindness. I honestly was having such a bad week! Jan asked how my family is doing and I told her my daughter was diagnosed with pnuemonia and wasn’t doing well, she listened to me and prayed with me. You don’t understand how much that meant to me. She cares for her customers and truly loves her job you can see the passion in her eyes, I truly appreciated it. Thank you for the courtesy shuttle to my home, I am not sure the drivers name but THANK YOU for your kind words & and positive attitude. As for the driver he is such a people person very positive and kind. Thank you for repairing my rack on my suburban. Thank you for the lYft ride back to get my car. I truly appreciate Tom bell and all the advisors. I have been there a few times lol and your manager I think his name is Josh, he is always greeting his customers and asking if we want coffee or water or have a concern or question or need a shuttle. His desk is the first one to the right as soon as you open the black doors. He has great customer service skills excellent man that treats us all with respect . THANK YOU TOMBELL.

Damon was great to work with regarding the needed service for my suburban. Damon also made sure to communicate via text alerts to update me on the status. Unfortunately, a person servicing my vehicle caused some damage to my passenger side front fender. Damon made sure the issue was fixed in a speedy time frame. Chad at the Tom Bell body shop got the car looking like it did before the service appointment.
