No issues with Mr. Burrus as he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. I did have an issue with timely work. I was promised my vehicle by close of business Thursday but the tech proceeded to leave early with my vehicle unfinished. Also, I had requested a wash and interior detail but it was not completed when I picked up the truck so it was taken off my work order.
