Dan did a great job, got me in and out - Chevrolet on the other hand CHARGED WAY to much - $134 to plug in some kind of equipment, took maybe 1/2 hour to unlock the radio - if I had a choice I would never bring my car to Chevy - TOO EXPENSIVE

We did not get updates as we usually do. Also my car was there two days and it didn’t even get washed. It literally sat for the first day with nothing being done to it. While Damon was pleasant in person, overall and compared to other experiences we have had at Tom Bell this one was not positive.

My service adviser howard was hands down AMAZING. He was so informative and patient with me even though he was busy. Pedro was great but I requested my truck to be washed and it wasn’t. This happened the last time I was there as well. Minor issue but it shouldn’t have happened twice. If it happens to me I’m sure it happens to others so it’s just a QC issue. I don’t need it washed I just wanted to let someone know.
