I didn’t like the fact the Howard just handed me off to another coworker like as if I was just a left over item. I understand that his lunch hour was coming up, but I believe that superior customer service means you finish with what you started with until the customer is satisfied and the job is complete. This is about my second time being serve by Howard and honestly I’m not satisfied. Please for future appointment please have someone that is able and willing to work and take care of their customers like people and not like left over items.
