I was pleased with the service done, a little lengthy but I get it. Car wash had to be done a second time but Dan quickly addressed that. And final concern, I received my truck with a business card size scratch that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Dan also took care of that and will be going to the body shop to be repaired.

As always my service representative was very helpful and professional. However, the past few times I’ve come in for service, my truck has had greasy handprints all over the interior and exterior. I would appreciate the mechanic staff exercising a more cleanliness. I don’t like the oil and grease stains.

I brought my 2000 Chevrolet Corvette Chicken bell for two reasons first I assume that the mechanics working on my car would be certified and trained on my particular car, second I was looking only to get the oil leak resolved.
I never expected to have my car gone 4/2 weeks for a 7 hour job I made it perfectly clear that all I wanted was the oil leak address. I did a detailed search on what it takes 2 replace a main seal on 2000 C5 Corvette. I went to other reputable Auto Repair businesses in the Redlands area and this repair should not have cost me more than $1,100 at the most. I somehow I'm having a very hard time on why my bill was over $2,600. $2,399 was Labor. I have no idea what your mechanic did for two weeks this is unacceptable and reflex solely on the management team at home Bell Chevrolet to allow this type of unresponsible work being done. I am a 66 year old retired engineer living on disability and retirement I really cannot afford these way out of line charges. I am contemplating on filing a complaint with b a r unless someone at Tom Bell can you look at this issue and make the correct adjustments I have no other choice other than just going away and not doing anything about it which everyone has told me not to do so please could someone look into this and possibly contact me my contact is on the service order

6 days to get my car repaired, I just happened to be off that week because of a surgical procedure otherwise I would of lost my job because I had no transportation for six days. I feel I was taken advantage of because I’m an old woman!!!! My friends and brother have never had to wait 6 days at their dealerships
