Carlos was great at getting everything fixed in our vehicle. However, we were on a tight deadline and told the vehicle would be ready by noon and it was not ready until 2pm. I also called several times and was given voicemails unable to connect with anyone about when the vehicle would be ready for several hours. In the future, I would prefer an accurate timeframe and not an over promise of when everything would be completed. That being said, I understand it was a busy day and that things can happen to make things slow down. We still appreciated the service overall.

Alll good for the most part. Realized afterwards that my engine air filter didn’t need to be replaced at this time, only “slightly dirty.” I would have waited until I either traded in my car or my next cycle for replacement. But perhaps I missed something in translation...turn around time on the repairs were solid.
