Me Lopez is understanding of what I expected of the appointment service and also helped review my Toyota care plan as some details weren’t fully Or properly explained at time of sale. Unfortunately I’m currently not financially positioned to trading in, but Toyota brand is always a first choice. I’m hoping my current vehicle can make a significant amount of miles to maybe hold a worlds record or prove Toyota reliability without any major repair.

Before I arrived I had called to see if I needed to make an appointment and I was told no. I arrived and was sent to Lily to assist me. She let the kind gentleman know that they weren’t taking appointments but then proceeded to take me in which I was grateful for. She asked what service I needed and proceeded to tell me that they were all booked and we’re not taking any walk in’s. She let me know that my car would not be ready until 6, it was around 2:30. Over 3 hours for an oil change!! She suggested I make an appointment for next week. I said I needed an oil change and that I would wait. I asked about a rental or using the courtesy car to drop me off since I live 30 min away and was told they didn’t offer that service. She then proceeded to tell me that my car did not need an oil change and that I could wait to get one, also telling me that my car had a recall. BUT usually Toyota is great at letting me know about recalls. I assured her that I needed and wanted to have an oil change and again said I would wait. She did not direct me to the lounge area, she was not courteous, and was attempting to turn me away for a service that I knew I needed to get on my car. When the car was done she did not let me know, instead I had to text the number to ask about the update of my car and got a response there. As I waited I saw other service rep approach their customers to let them know about updates on their car. Which made my experience there more unpleasant since I should have been treated the same. In the end I proceeded to head to the cashier to pay for my service rather than check in with her. I do want to say that the lady cashier was FANTASTIC.
