I love this Toyota specifically because of the customer service. Gustavo did an amazing job making sure that I was treated everything to perfection. Went out of his way to inform me about on going deals about maintenance for when I come back again. I appreciate his service and plan to come again because of people like him. I was somewhat unsatisfied with toyotacare making me pay to have my vehicle towed, since I was experiencing literally the same issue that you guys had looked at two months prior. Given there appears to have been a short in the electrical system which explains the original issue (better is super dead with a heavy negative draw), this seems like something that should have been caught the first time.

I received my car with the baby car seat completely removed from its place. The boost cables that were placed in the back seat was left in the trunk. The car seat was completely flipped around and a few parts/pads were and are missing. This is unsafe and absolutely disappointing. I don’t understand how “professionals” could treat a car this way along with some valuable and expensive items in my car. Items in my trunk were also messed around with and not in their original spots. If you take an item out of a customers trunk, you need to put it back to its original place. Items from my backseat were also removed and not placed back. Very disappointing and I will not trust Toyota Valencia to perform another recall on my vehicle. I have asked to speak to a manager and I will express my concerns further.
