I live in Bakersfield Ca. I drive my car to frontier for my service appointments because the customer service is outstanding every single time. The Toyota dealerships in Bakersfield do not provide the level of customer service that Frontier provides!

I thought my experience was satisfactory. I never met Joe but he was very nice on the phone. My only suggestion would be for the service counter clerk to be a little more welcoming and for three to be a clear direction for where to go to complete the paperwork.

It’s unfortunate that Toyota doesn’t offer warranty on new tires. But jack and the staff were helpful and prompt to assist us in finding the problem and contacting us willing to help with the solution. We went a different route To solve the tire issue but still we’re satisfied with the service and kindness. The cashier that assisted with checkout was absolutely the sweetest.
