During this past visit I experienced some professional and friendly service. They were so amazing that even provide with uber services for my husband to pick up my truck since I had to be at work. Amazing staff!

My wait time was longer as my car was waiting as rep was out to lunch and service tech was waiting to hear whether I wanted to proceed with recommendations. I understand staff need to take lunch however, can this not delay a customers wait time?
Also, I came in for a recall part replacement, the airbags. When I got my car back, my center console items were rearranged as were items In the dash nook. I understand techs needed entry to certain areas to install the airbags but I should have been told In advance to remove belongings from those areas. Especially in the time of Covid.
