My family has been proud Toyota owners for the last 30 years. We even purchased the Camry model as our fleet car for our small business. We have always appreciated the service and commitment. However, we were extremely disappointed with the service we received in this instance. We were told to bring our 2020 4RNR at an appointment time when the parts were not available. This was an extreme inconvenience to my wife and I. In addition, when the service provider was asked about having loaner vehicles or shuttle service back to our home, he neglected to inform us about the Uber service used by Frontier Toyota. It was truly unlike any Toyota experience we'd ever had.
