I was not contacted to pick up my vehicle and did not realize the time when I tried calling. I called on Sunday morning and was advised that the service department was closed and I would have to wait until Monday to call about my car. Since Monday was a work day, I had to find a ride to work and was unable to pick up my car until the evening. Toyota usually does better, I was disappointed with the service.
