Alex was busy with another customer even though my appointment was scheduled for 8:05 am. I stood outside his office for 5 minutes. The receptionist then asked another rep if he could check me in. The rep that checked me in did it in under a minute. After my truck was serviced, Alex called me on my cell phone and I walked over to his office and then he walked me back to the cashier. That was it. No small talk. Nothing.
