I don’t need you to contact me I’m never coming back there for service again $250 for an oil change and to supposedly unclog a windshield washer is ridiculous. I bought a bumper to bumper warranty when I purchased this car and it is only been in for three services in my opinion that windshield wiper should’ve been covered under my warranty as I have not put any fluids in the car because I have been bringing it to you guys for regular service intervals. Plus my service manager was misleading by telling me it might be something electrical. We won’t know if it’s covered by warranty until we diagnose it and it’s $150 to check. I tried using you guys but I’m not satisfied my regular mechanic would never have charge me that much money. I Feel like I bought that warranty for nothing And I’m not a first time customer my wife and I have purchased three vehicles from frontier Toyota. I’m going somewhere else next time.
