Valerie is amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Yesterday, I drove all the way to Facey Medical Center in Mission Hills for my doctors appointment. My car engine turned off. I tried to turn it back on but it would not start. I do not know what to do. I do not know how I can go back to Santa Clarita. I called Valerie and she calmed me down. She said call AAA to tow your car all the way at Toyota and I will take care of you. Call me anytime and everything will be alright. Finally, my car turned on by itself and able to drive it all the way to her. She said the battery was dying and it is time to replace it. I did! I do not know what do if she is not there.
