When picking up my car the car was delivered by the porter. I could not locate the key fob. I looked in the cupholders, door pockets,glove compartment, sunvisors. The fob was no where. I notified another porter fob was missing. His reply was its inside. My grandson located it underneath the passenger seat. I guess this is normal customer service from that group.

I think this was the best visit with Toyota we have had in the past 4 years. We needed parts and a maintenance check for our car and Jack was honest friendly and helpful. All was done in such a manner and the service was done correctly. We now own the car and are now thinking about buying a second one. Jack made our morning even better.
