The guy who served me did his job. He is working for you, not for me. The problem started with his manager all the way up to the higher controlling individuals. All you want is money, the more the better. You don't care about the service. You don't care about the truth and the client satisfaction. Jack D LaVancil was a great service advisor. I showed up unannounced the gentleman outside gave me a ticket and told me to go see Jack. Jack asked some questions looked at the history of the vehicle, check the car in and before I knew it he called and said it was done.
I have 9 vehicles (various makes and models)and he was by far the best service advisor I ever had at any dealership.
